CWS Architecture + Interior Design is seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing various interior architectural projects, from schematic design to construction administration. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage design concepts, product/color selections, and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) selections for interior architectural projects

• Prepare project proposals, contract documentation, and specifications

• Coordinate with clients, peers, and industry partners to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and goals

• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and effective solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional architecture and design firm

• Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Experience with design and rendering software such as Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite

• LEED accreditation and industry-relevant certifications are a plus
