Currently, we provide services in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, and Fatehpur, with plans to expand further into the New Delhi area by 2026.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an interior designer at Livin Company. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create designs, and oversee the implementation of the projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport Design Team: Collaborate with our experienced artisans to assist in various aspects of the design process. This includes researching materials, products, and design trends, as well as preparing design presentations and mood boardsSpace Planning: Assist in creating preliminary space plans and layouts, ensuring optimal functionality and flow within the given space. This may involve measuring spaces, creating scaled floor plans, and arranging furniture and fixturesMaterial Selection: Aid in the selection of materials, finishes, color schemes, and accessories to create cohesive and visually appealing design schemes. Conduct research on suitable suppliers and products to meet project requirementsDocumentation: Assist in creating detailed documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and schedules. Ensure accurate and organized records of project information, specifications, and progressClient Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing your design to the design team. Take notes, contribute ideas, and assist in addressing client queries or concerns professionally and tactfullySite Visits: Coordinate with the artisans to ensure the product is delivered as per the planQualificationsStrong skills in space planning, architecture, and interior designExperience in creating construction drawings and FF&E selectionKnowledge of materials, finishes, and furnitureProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to communicate effectively with clients and team membersAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
