7+ years of experience
Systems -Google Suites, MS Office, ClickUp, Revit or similar, Canva and Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eye for luxury design and finishes
Strong understanding of construction finish materials and processes
Residential design experience is essential
Structured and organized
Must possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong project management skills
Ability to collaborate with team members
Position requires the ability to talk and hear; good vision skills (with or without correction) are required
Position requires the use of fingers, hands, and arms on a consistent basis for computer and phone work
