About the Role
The
Interior Designer-Material and Finish Specialist
is responsible for crafting cohesive, beautiful material palettes for modular interiors. This includes choosing laminates, edge bands, profiles, handles, glasses, mirrors, textures, and complementary tones. The role draws on interior design, décor styling, and fashion sensibilities, ensuring every project reflects contemporary aesthetics and practical functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Curate colour, texture, and pattern combinations from laminate books and material libraries for wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, and other modular products.
Develop ready-to-use palettes for different themes such as Indian traditional, minimal, luxe, Scandinavian, rustic, industrial, contemporary, or playful.
Collaborate with 3D visualizers to translate material selections into accurate renders
Stay updated on design trends across interiors, fashion, decor, and materials
What We're Looking For
Strong eye for colour theory, material balance, and style coherence.
Experience in interior styling, decor, fashion styling, or material selection.
Ability to work with laminate catalogs, veneer books, acrylic samples, profiles
Comfort working with design teams using SketchUp or 3D rendering tools
Bonus Skills
• Experience creating trend boards, lookbooks, or curated collections in fashion or interiors.
• Knowledge of AI tools for visual generation.
