Concept Black Architects is seeking out Interior Designer with minimum 3 years plus of commercial / workplace / residential experience in Australia / Melbourne to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate will partake in running of projects, developing design & prepare project revit documentation - hence it's important that she/he has relevant Australian documentation experience and the industry contact & connection. You will be mainly working on commercial, workpalce, fitout and residential project, however hospitality and retail experience will be greatly appreciated.
Proven local experience is required as it impacts on project performance and proficiency in communication (English) is crucial as you will be involved in daily project and client/team/consultant coordination.
General tasks & job requirements:
> Documentation work (revit and BIM scheduling)
> Visualisation wtih Enscape (or Twin Motion & Blender), other profient use will be considered
> Participate in design development, joinery detailing and presentation (revit & enscape)
> Graphic and Indesign works
> Prepare Material Board & Moodboard
> Maintain library & material research
Concept Black have a good spread of project typology from commercial to residential across various discipline interior/architecture and at different phases. We work closely on client side, collaborating and providing inputs on wide range of project issues.
What We Offer
Most of our projects involve team participation from design through to completion. It’s a fast-paced process, but you’ll have the opportunity to see your designs realised, gain first-hand experience during construction, participate at lessons learnt session with wider project team / stakeholder and receive direct feedback from clients.
