Job Description
Full-time position for an Interior Designer. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing design concepts for various projects. The day-to-day tasks include site visits, assessing client needs, developing designs, working drawings, site coordination and management and presenting design concepts and seeing your work take shape. The Interior Designer should have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet project timelines.
- Ability to conduct periodical site visits and manage the work on site.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on a team as well as independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to translate ideas into reality.
- Experience working in retail and commercial design projects will be beneficial
