Role & Responsibilities :
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to create personalized interior solutions.
• Design & Planning: Develop 2D layouts, 3D renders, and material selections for residential interiors.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with vendors, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• On-Site Supervision: Oversee project implementation to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Budgeting & Vendor Coordination: Source materials within budget while ensuring premium quality.
Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Client Management: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Execution Knowledge: Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home interiors is a plus.
