Develop and present design concepts for commercial interiors, including mood boards, 3D renders, and layouts.
Prepare detailed drawings, material selections, finishes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, civil and MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
Conduct site visits for measurement, execution supervision, and quality control.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within defined deadlines and budgets.
Stay updated with trends, materials, and technology in commercial interior design
Required skills
Minimum 3 years experience
AutoCAD software
Commercial project experience
