Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, ensuring that our design processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and streamline design processes to enhance team productivity and creativity.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and production staff, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Implement and maintain design standards, tools, and systems to support the design team's workflow.
• Facilitate effective communication within the design team and with other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design project management or design operations.
• Strong understanding of design processes, project management methodologies, and resource management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
