Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the interior sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximum sales potential
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in interior sales or a related field
- Proven sales leadership and management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of interior design and products (e.g. furniture, fixtures, materials)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
