Role And Responsibilities
Outline client design objectives.
Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
Consistently bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate, captures the look and attitude and articulates why they feel it meets the needs.
Can prepare technical detailed drawing of furniture for production and MEP drawing for site related.
Knowledge of Site measurement and Supervision with cost estimation.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Source materials and products included in plans.
Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
Utilize computer applications in the design process.
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Wide interest/knowledge of creative industry
Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
Train and mentor junior designers.
Be wildly creative and push the boundaries
Understanding of modular furniture design and cost optimization is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Portfolio of design work.
Strong project management and communication skills
• Must have team handling Experience
Experience In Retail Store Design Is Preferred
