Our client is one of the leading design practices within the hotel and hospitality marketplace supplying architectural interior design solutions for both new build and refurbishment projects. They are currently seeking an Interior Designer with proven range of experience within the hospitality sector. Based in South Hertfordshire within easy access of London, you would be working for hotel groups and individual clients throughout the UK & Europe. Your responsibilities will include concept design, drawings and presentation, FF&E sourcing, technical drawings, sketching, rendering and seeing projects through to completion. Skills and Experience needed from the Interior Designer: At least 5 years' work experience to include hotels Knowledge of fabric and upholstery, trends and suppliers Able to take part in site surveys Adept at client presentations Understanding of M&E drawings Fully competent in AutoCAD and be able to produce a full range of construction packages This will initially be a 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent. Salary on offer is c£45k (negotiable) and the company all work remotely on Fridays.
