Provide custom design solutions to suit our client’s strategic objectives.
Deliver Interior design packages including material selection, finishes and joinery.
Effectively communicating with clients throughout the design phase
Developing client relationships
Collaborating with Delivery teams to deliver design to budget
Supporting senior leaders on projects in the Sydney studio including pre-project brief sessions
Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace
Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios
Helping drive studio initiatives to improve design
Continually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market
Your experience:
Tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related discipline
Commercial/ workplace design experience
Proficiency in Revit
Proficient in using design tools
Comfortable in front of clients
Ability to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines
