Job Description: In House Design Job is currently seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable interior design solutions that align with our clients" vision and requirements. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional designs that integrate nature, promote well-being, and contribute to a sustainable future. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and more.
Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts, plans, and layouts based on client briefs and project requirements.
Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material boards, and 2D detailing, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept and meet budgetary requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure integration of interior design elements into the overall project.
Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, review quality of workmanship, and ensure adherence to design intent.
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design knowledge and skills.
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on sustainable design practices.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & PowerPoint Presentation.
Strong conceptual and design development skills, with the ability to create unique and innovative design solutions.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection, as well as understanding of construction and building codes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design ideas to clients and team members.
Passion for sustainability and knowledge of green building practices is highly desirable.
