Role Overview:
As a 2D & 3D Interior Designer , you will be responsible for designing, visualizing, and executing office interior spaces. You will create detailed and precise 2D layout plans and 3D visualizations , ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and compliance with safety regulations. Your role will require expertise in industry-standard design software to develop accurate technical drawings, realistic renders, and effective space planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
2D Design & Planning:
• Develop and create 2D layout plans for office interiors, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors to capture design requirements and objectives.
• Interpret design concepts into actionable floor plans with furniture placement, zoning, and circulation flow.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design standards .
• Create detailed technical drawings for electrical, plumbing, and other necessary installations .
• Provide revisions and updates based on feedback from clients and project managers.
• Assist in site visits to measure existing spaces and validate the accuracy of 2D plans .
3D Design & Visualization:
• Develop 3D models and high-quality renders to visualize interior spaces.
• Work with the 3D team to create photorealistic renderings using V-Ray and Corona Renderer .
• Create immersive interior presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Optimize 3D models for lighting, texture mapping, and realistic material application.
• Support project execution with 3D walkthroughs and virtual representations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (for 2D layouts & technical drawings).
• Expertise in 3ds Max for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong skills in V-Ray & Corona Renderer for high-quality visualizations.
• Understanding of zoning, safety codes, and layout planning .
• Good communication skills for client and team interactions .
• Creativity and an eye for detail in space planning, material selection, and aesthetics .
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Freshers or candidates with experience in space planning, renovation, and construction are welcome.
