Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer/Architect located on-site in Chennai. The Interior Designer/Architect will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing interior design projects. Daily tasks also include collaborating with clients and other professionals, and ensuring project timelines.
Qualifications
• Skills in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
• Experience in drafting and creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in selecting and coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Strong visualization and creative skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Knowledge of current industry trends and materials
