Job description
Overview:
We are seeking a creative and client-focused Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide expert design solutions, and occasionally visit project sites to ensure successful coordination. If you have a passion for design, strong communication skills, and a knack for turning client ideas into reality, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
1. Initiate contact with clients through phone calls to discuss their interior design needs and preferences.
2. Listen actively to understand client requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
3. Educate clients about design options, styles, and trends to help them make informed decisions.
4. Coordinating with design team with client needs and budget constraints.
5. Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs meet project goals and client expectations.
Site Visits:
1. Conduct site visits for pre design consultation and assess project feasibility.
2. Address any on-site issues or client concerns during project execution with design team.
Project Management:
1. Manage multiple sites coordination simultaneously with team as per project timeline.
2. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
1. Preparing MOM of projects while coordinating with team.
2. Keep accurate records of design revisions, client feedback, and project milestones.
Qualifications : Relevant/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in interior design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Experience in client-facing roles and project management.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Other Requirements:
Availability for site visits and client meetings as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
