As the design-build arm of Morphogenesis, one of India's most awarded and globally acclaimed architecture and interior design firms, Morpho Dimensions specializes in delivering high-performance, brand-aligned workspaces through a fully integrated model that combines architecture, interior design, project management, and technology.
You will be responsible for leading design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution. This includes creating and presenting space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. You will also be tasked with developing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensuring that on-site implementation matches the design intent. Collaboration with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution is a key aspect of this role.
Additionally, you will coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language, attend client meetings, and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation. It is essential to integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy. Handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity is expected, as well as managing end-to-end vendor operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors in Design with specialization in interiors.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.
