Job Description
As a Estimator & Surveyor, you'll manage all costs and prepare BOQ's relating to our interior fit out projects projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Working with design teams, you'll be involved in a project to determine its specifications and cost along with the appropriate material sampling. You'll seek to prepare the cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. You’ll prepare detailed estimates and costs of the work, material sampling and Finalize bills post project completion.
Here is what you will do
• You will prepare outline cost estimates for projects using trade wise division of costs on per square foot basis.
• You will prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for our interior fit out projects using CAD software and excel spreadsheets against the 3d views received from designer.
• You will review and compile BOQ and cost estimates provided by our Mechanical & Engineering team including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing etc.
• You shall do all project related material sampling in coordination with Client & Design team.
• Prepare project schedule and update it timely during the course of the project.
• All Project related tracker to be prepared and tracked by you.

Skills
We expect you to have working knowledge of Auto-CAD sufficient to off-take quantities, and be proficient in excel. Numerical and analytical skills are very important.

Qualified Interior Designer with prior relevant work experience in well established design firms/ Contract firms
