Role: Operations Lead (Interior Project Operations)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior project operations or execution management
Location: In-office + Site Visits (Bangalore)
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee end-to-end execution operations for multiple interior projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, design, and procurement teams for timely delivery
• Supervise on-site workflow, task allocation, and progress tracking
• Ensure seamless vendor coordination and material flow management
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress dashboards
• Drive accountability, quality, and speed within execution teams
• Conduct periodic client updates, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
• Constantly optimise systems and processes for smoother execution
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in interior project operations with strong vendor and team management skills
• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site technicalities
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project tracking tools
• High ownership, solution-oriented mindset, and focus on client satisfaction
