- Prepare interior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Select and mix paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Ensure precise lines and edges, masking off areas as necessary to prevent overspray.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, protecting furniture and flooring from paint drips and spills.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
- Complete projects within established timelines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and protect the health of yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential painter, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
