Job description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. As an Interior Designer at NY Estilo, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Conduct site visits and assessments.Design Development: Create innovative and functional design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.Project Management: Oversee the design process from initial concept to final installation. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure all design solutions are financially feasible.Presentations: Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, architects, and other professionals to ensure design consistency and project alignment with client goals.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new technologies. Incorporate the latest design innovations into projects.Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules. Maintain organized project files and records.
