Aantrik is a design-led studio crafting soulful and functional spaces across premium residential projects. With a growing portfolio and a focus on quality execution, we’re looking for a skilled Interior Project Coordinator to join our team and lead project delivery.
Role Summary :
The Interior Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-end interior design projects from inception to handover. This role demands a strong background in Interior Design, exceptional coordination and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design execution process.
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate between design, procurement, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Create and manage project timelines, site schedules, and progress tracking.
• Identify and resolve challenges with minimal delays or escalations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, updating them on progress and approvals.
• Handle documentation including reports, meeting notes, and change logs.
• Assist in reviewing BOQs, managing budgets, and tracking costs.
• Ensure quality control and oversee project handover including snag checks.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or minimum 2 years experience in Interior Design industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
