We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Interior Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, understanding their interior requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities
Understand client requirements for residential and commercial interior projects
Provide design and sales consultation to clients
Coordinate with design and execution teams for project alignment
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials
Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Interior / Real Estate / Construction sales
Ability to handle end-to-end client coordination
