Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Interior Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, understanding their interior requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements for residential and commercial interior projects
• Provide design and sales consultation to clients
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for project alignment
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sales and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials
• Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Interior / Real Estate / Construction sales
• Ability to handle end-to-end client coordination
