Job Description
We are seeking Relationship Managers to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your talents, learn new skills, and contribute to our mission.
• Meet individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings.
• Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio.
• Act as a point of escalation for clients and the Client Service teams, ensuring best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.
• Interact with clients, potential leads, and outline business propositions.
• Identify product and service gaps and create customer segmentation strategies.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and advancements.
• Participate in client and design team meetings, and close sales leads.
• Select materials for projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field/Civil background.
• Experience working in an Interior Firm (a plus).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales profile.
