Our focus is on delivering products and services that are customized to fit your specific needs and requirements, and we achieve this by paying keen attention to every detail. We are a fast-growing start-up based in Bengaluru, India, and have successfully completed numerous interior design projects in a short span of time. We are working towards a one-of-a-kind, complete simplification of the interior design experience. We are hiring Relationship managers as a part of our growing team. This opportunity will give you an open platform for showcasing your talents and for learning new skills.

Responsibilities
● Meet individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings
● Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio
● Act as a point of escalation for clients and the Client Service teams, ensuring best in class service is constantly being delivered.
● Interacting with clients, potential leads
● Outlining business proposition
● Identifying product and service gap
● Creating Customer Segmentation
● Researching and staying up-to-date on latest market trends and advancements.
● Being a part of client and design team meetings
● Closing sales lead.
● Material Selection

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field /Civil background
Experience with Interior Firm is a plus.
Should have worked in a sales profile (min 1 year of experience)
