Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Project Execution:
- Oversee the interior design and structural construction processes, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers on site.
- Inspect work regularly for quality control, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Quality Control & Safety:
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory safety codes.
- Monitor safety practices on-site and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks and ensure that necessary safety precautions are in place.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and motivate a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve issues on-site quickly and efficiently, acting as the point of contact for any troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Resource Management:
- Ensure materials and tools are available on-site when needed, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory of materials, and ensure that waste is minimized on projects.
- Communication:
- Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budget status, and quality control.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including photographs, site reports, and change orders.
- Ensure that all documentation is submitted on time and that it complies with legal and company standards.
• Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior and structure industry, with a focus on site supervision, project execution, and team management.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, structural works, and finishing processes.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
