Managing Parts of construction Projects, Overseeing building work.
Undertaking Surveys, Setting out sites.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Providing technical advice and solve problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
Managing Materials of site as per required by taking approval of Site Designer and Head Department of the project.
Specify Materials and Furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
Ensure the health & Safety of the workers on the site.
Understand the project details and other required things by coordinating with the project head & project designer.
Provide daily updates on follow up for speedy progress.
Update the system for the smooth execution process.
Provide reports & checklist to project manager.
Ensuring work is carried out as per technical designs and drawings. and ensure that they are followed correctly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
