5 Wall Studios is a full-service interior design and home decorating firm located in Pune since 200+. We work on a variety of projects ranging from Residential to Commercial, and we specialize in renovations and new construction. Our services include concept development, space planning, AutoCAD drawings, 3D renderings, selections for finishes, furniture, and fixtures, color and materials selections, lighting plans, kitchen and bathroom design, window treatments, furnishings, accessories, and more.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Interior Design Supervisor to run our Interior Design team. The role is an on-site position, to be located in our office in (Undri) Pune, and will involve leading the design team, managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Interior Design, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong project management skills, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading a team, collaborating with clients and other stakeholders, and managing vendor and contractor relationships
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic
