KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Experience in handling Turkey Interior Projects (Commercial) including Electrical and
HVAC.
· Must have knowledge of Interior works and finishing works like carpenter, False ceiling
and Civil work.
· Understand drawing from architects & explaining them to contractors.
· Should have capability to handle skilled /unskilled labours at site.
· Daily/ weekly site report submission.
· Material purchase from local market if required.
· Material ordering.
· Site Billing & Labour Billing.
· Should know computers - MS office
