Lead Designer Position
The primary responsibility of a lead designer is to deliver high-quality design solutions to customers. This role involves collaborating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored design solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Solution Delivery: Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations, including quotation, detailed designing, and production drawings.
• Project Execution: Prioritize and execute multiple design projects while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to inform design improvements and business decisions.
Requirements:
• Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture: Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Site Experience: Proven experience in working on residential projects, with confidence in proposing designs that can be installed with minimal hassle.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer-centric skills, ensuring proposed designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-friendly.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to construct, defend, and present design ideas, pricing, and other concepts in English and local languages.
