We are looking for an experienced interior space specialist who can take ownership of design and construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop presentation, drawings, tenders, and BOQ that meet our high standards.
• Create concept, schematic, detailed design presentations.
• Prepare drawings in CAD at various project stages and produce models, renders in Photoshop and Google SketchUp.
• Select materials for projects and document meeting minutes, schedules, and site visits.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• Monitor project progress, certify work, and prepare site reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
