About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented interior designer to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.

• Design Concept Development: Create personalized design plans and mood boards that reflect each client's unique style and needs.

• Furniture Arrangement: Strategically place furniture to optimize functionality and aesthetics in each space.

• Decor Selection: Choose artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs that enhance the overall design and create a cohesive look.

• Colour Scheme Development: Design harmonious colour palettes that complement each client's style and preferences.

• Budgeting: Deliver designs that meet or exceed client budget expectations while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Client Communication: Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

• Sales Funnel Management: Own and drive sales closure by effectively managing the sales funnel.

• Design Quality: Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables to maintain the highest standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

• Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autodesk, SketchUp)
