Job Title: Sr. Interior Designer - Design & Execution
Function: Interiors
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibility includes working on Interiors of Commercial & High-End Luxury Residential Projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES: -
1. Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
2. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors design works which are important and essential for a quality execution of interiors.
3. Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lighting, and finishing.
4. Selecting materials and labor.
5. Bills of materials and quantity to be made as per the designs approved.
6. Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
Job Expectations:
1. Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are met.
2. Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
3. Should be able to manage and execute the interior projects.
4. Produce sample and mood products board.
5. Planning and execution of MEP works.
6. To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Minimum Qualification:
Mumbai University offers BVoc in Interior Design, BA in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, BFA in Interior Design, Post Graduate Interior Design
Minimum Job Experience:
6-12
