About the opportunity
We have exciting opportunities for Intermediate Accountants to join either our Business or Agribusiness teams at our Belmont, WA office. We're committed to matching the right candidates with the environment that best suits their skills, career aspirations, and working style. You will work closely with your Manager and Director to build the experience, exposure, and knowledge needed to progress your career. Our dedicated Training Manager will guide and support you, ensuring you get the best possible start at Byfields.
This role suits someone confident in their tax and accounting skills, focused on accuracy, and motivated by client success. You’ll handle a mix of tax compliance and business advisory tasks in a supportive, process-driven environment.

Take ownership of preparing accurate financial statements, BAS and tax returns that showcase your expertise

Who we’re looking for
We want to hear from you if you have:
Prior Public Practice experience (essential)
CA/CPA underway or planning to start soon
Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Strong Australian tax knowledge and compliance expertise
Ambition to grow and advance within a supportive, growing firm
A team-focused mindset with clear, professional communication
2+ years’ experience (preferred) or the skills and motivation to match
Great time management skills and reliability in delivering high-quality work
A passion for delivering outstanding service to clients across various industries or an interest in agriculture.
