Job Description
We run a fast-paced, highly service-oriented business, and we're looking for someone who can keep up with the numbers while understanding the operational side of what we do. We also care about working smarter — which is why we’re interested in people who are comfortable with systems and always looking for better ways to do things.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee accounts receivable collections and follow up with clients in a timely and professional way
Work closely with technicians and dispatch to ensure work orders are properly closed and invoiced
Partner with the sales team to streamline the invoicing and collections process
Generate and send accurate service invoices — we like speed, but accuracy wins
Enter vendor invoices with proper coding and follow through on approval workflows
Reconcile accounts and credit cards, and resolve discrepancies before they become mysteries
Assist with general accounting admin — data entry, filing, reporting, and responding to “can you just pull a quick report?” requests
Prepare ad hoc reports and assist in dashboard maintenance to help us stay on top of key financials
Track performance metrics and KPIs, and provide insight when things don’t look right
Maintain accurate financial records that help us sleep at night (and survive year-end)
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of accounting experience
Experience in construction, trades, or job-costing environments is a major asset
Solid grasp of Excel (you don’t need to know Power Query, but you shouldn’t fear a VLOOKUP)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Comfortable working in a paper-light, digital-first environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized — with good follow-up skills
Familiarity with Jonas (or other construction ERPs) is a plus, but not required
Someone who gets that accounting is about more than just numbers — it’s about communication, process, and the occasional deadline scramble
Why Broadway?
Established company with a reputation for quality, service, and fairness
Collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow
We believe in continuous improvement — including how we manage our back office
You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team that values initiative and accountability
On-site parking, good coffee, and a company that treats its people well
Ready to Apply?

Please send your resume and a short note explaining why you’re interested and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
