The Opportunity:

WSP is currently seeking an Intermediate BIM Modeler to join our dynamic CENTRUS modelling team. Reporting to the CENTRUS BIM Lead, the successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, modeling innovative design solutions from inception through to construction.

What you can expect to do here:
• Develop completed building models and drawings using Revit software.
• Assume full responsibility and ownership of assigned projects.
• Coordinate WSP drawings with other project disciplines.
• Support established BIM standards and modeling best practices.

What you'll bring to WSP:
• 5-8 years drafting experience.
• Experience in construction and / or consulting services.
• 3-5 years in-depth experience modeling with Revit for a large sized structural engineering firm.
• Knowledgeable in Revit family editing and Revit template creation.
• Strong awareness of interoperability of BIM modeling and design tools.
• Understanding of Dynamo scripting and a comfort running scripts in Dynamo Player.
• Desire to promote and support practices that improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivation to grow professionally and personally.
• An organized and methodical mindset with a capacity for resolving challenges.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to technical excellence to produce quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Eligibility for Canadian security reliability status, secret level clearance would be an asset
