This one off contract position for an Intermediate level Architect Technician to assist a small team in a multi level residential development in our Auckland area.
Applicant requires a high level of skills with ability in the following:
Detailing & documentation
Experience producing building consent & construction
5 Year minimum years experience in ARCHICAD
NZ Qualified
Able to work unsupervised & in a team
Good knowledge of NZ building code, regulations & requirements
