The Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate Digital Designer to join our creative team and support the development of visually compelling work across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who’s confident in their skills, curious about trends, and ready to take more ownership of projects.
You’ll work closely with senior designers, account teams, and strategists to bring brand stories to life—while gaining hands-on experience across PR, social, digital, and experiential design.

What You’ll Do
Design high-quality digital assets for web, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
Create refined layouts and visual systems that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Contribute to UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
Support motion graphics and light video editing for social and digital channels
Assist with the design and production of print assets when needed
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency setting
Collaborate in brainstorms, bringing strong ideas and creative problem-solving
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity and attention to detail
What You Bring
3–5 years of professional digital design experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, hierarchy)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Some knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for basic motion or video is a plus
Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Familiarity with modern design tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency
Strong time management skills and comfort working with deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail when implementing established design specs, brand standards, and content
A solutions-oriented mindset with clear communication and accountability
A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to grow and contribute to team success
Nice to Have
Experience working in an agency, PR, or marketing environment
Interest in branding, lifestyle, consumer, and cultural trends
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working with WordPress
