What are your contributions to the team?
During your internship, you will contribute to:
Researching, understanding, developing, and disseminating information to help create aircraft structural and systems models.
Enhancing conceptual aircraft modeling tools in CATIA V5 or Siemens NX, MS Excel, and other software platforms
Integrating new aircraft systems
Integrating aircraft structure
Integrating aircraft interior
Generating aircraft models for conventional and unconventional aircraft configurations
Analyzing conventional and unconventional aircraft configurations
How to thrive in this role?
What we are looking for:
You are well versed in Aircraft structures, systems, and mass properties.
You are well versed in 3D & 2D modeling and CAD programming.
You are well versed in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Experience in Catia V5 and/or Siemens NX is essential, along with knowledge of parametric modeling, VBA and macro programing.
Experience with Python programming is an essential.
An understanding of software such as Hyperworks, & Nastran/Patran is an asset.
Experience with Star CCM+ is an asset.
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter is an asset.
