Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated undergraduate intern to support our Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts during the implementation of a new Oracle ERP system. This role is ideal for a student with an interest in how people adapt to change in complex industrial environments. You will contribute to the success of this strategic IT infrastructure initiative by helping ensure that employees across planning, supply chain, finance, IT, and payroll functions are informed, trained, and supported through the transformation.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at Capilano Business Park 3 rd Street West (208 - +4+ W 3rd Street West, North Vancouver).
What you’ll do
Collaborate with the Project Change Management Team on change related activities that support the implementation of organizational change management plans and successfully achieve established change adoption metrics.
Follows established change frameworks and processes to ensure effective transitions while implementing change.
Assist in drafting communications to engage employees on changes related to Oracle ERP.
Support development of training materials and logistics for a range of roles across shipyard operations and administrative teams.
Help track and maintain project documentation including stakeholder assessments, training rosters, and feedback summaries.
Participate in the coordination of change readiness assessments and analysis of survey and feedback results.
Contribute to change impact analysis activities for operational areas such as materials resource planning, supply chain management, finance and payroll.
Attend project team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT).
Support the creation of role-based job aids and quick reference guides aligned with shipyard operations.
Follows up with leaders and stakeholders for necessary adjustments during business transition to ensure that change adoption is sustained by the business.
What you’ll bring
Enrollment in 3 rd -year or beyond of a Business, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related degree program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive engagement with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Interest in shipbuilding, industrial operations, or large-scale technology change projects.
Exposure to project management or organizational change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Previous experience with ERP systems or large-scale IT rollouts an asset (coursework, co-op, or internships).
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

We require a full-time commitment Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of $26.00/hour.
Start Date of Internship: Monday, September 8 th , 2026.
End Date of Internship: Friday, May 1 st , 2026 (8-Months).
