Intern Content Writer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Content Writer Intern at our digital marketing agency. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in crafting engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms. The intern will work closely with our content team to support our clients' marketing initiatives and contribute to the agency's overall content strategy. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas and concepts that align with client goals and target audience. • Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content for client websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. • Conduct research on industry trends, client products/services, and target audience preferences to inform content creation. • Assist in content planning and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of content across different platforms. • Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices. • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. • Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and other team members to coordinate content assets and campaigns. • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, content marketing strategies, and industry best practices. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. • Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style. • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences. • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools is a plus. • Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
