About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Writing Specialist to lead our social media presence and enhance our brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in digital content creation, and have a proven track record in managing social media platforms to drive engagement and build brand value.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
Content Creation & Copywriting
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
• Create multimedia content (graphics, short videos, infographics) in collaboration with design teams.
• Research trending topics and industry news to position the brand as a thought leader.
Brand Positioning
• Develop content and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and credibility.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Track and analyze brand sentiment and audience engagement to inform strategy.
Campaign Management & Analytics
• Execute paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Passion in digital marketing, social media management, or content writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms, and basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
