Overview
The role is to lead the marketing charter of ShareChat & Moj in south markets - TN, AP, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala to grow penetration in the market. The ideal candidate should be well versed in at least two of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada and should have a know-how of the culture, pop-culture and sentiments of the TG in these states.
What You'll Do?
• Be the custodian of the brand and ensure that the brand positioning is maintained across all mediums - no loss in translation from English to regional languages of the south.
• Ideate and conceptualize campaigns for south markets that could create large impact.
• Work with the cross functional teams to ensure OTIF execution of the campaigns.
• Analyze the campaigns based on performance and build the road map for future of the language.
• Budgeting for the marketing initiatives in the South
Who are you?
• 5 years' experience overall in brand marketing with a special focus on TN, AP, Telangana, Karnataka & Kerala
• Ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles
• Good understanding of regional creator and content ecosystem
• Experience in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Good working relationships with agencies who specialise in content for TN, AP, Telangana, Karnataka & Kerala
