Our vision is to catalyze a global education and talent acquisition revolution by tailoring learning experiences that evolve with individual needs. By breaking down barriers to knowledge acquisition and streamlining the transition into careers, QuantHub equips every individual with the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world. We envision a world where every learner and job candidate, regardless of their background, is empowered to reach their full potential, making the digital world accessible and equitable for all.

The Alabama Data Scholars program, launched in 2024, offers high school students data skills training and internships to boost economic competitiveness in Alabama, especially in rural and underserved communities.

Developed by QuantHub and funded by Innovate Alabama, the program works alongside QuantHub's K12 data

literacy software to prepare students for data-driven jobs while retaining a skilled workforce within the state. Its first year involved 26 students from 20 schools and 21 employers across various industries. This initiative combines modern

technology, a comprehensive curriculum, and real job experience to prepare Alabama's youth for careers in data analytics, data science, and AI.

The intern hired for this position will support the growth of the Alabama Data Scholars program in its second year. The position will report to the Program Manager and will collaborate with other members of the broader QuantHub Education Team.
