Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Intern ( 1 vacancy) and Associate ( 1 vacancy ) at JURAL® located in Ghaziabad.
Job Title: Associate - SEBI and Trademark Practice
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate/specializing in Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and Trademark law. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal and support to our clients in navigating the complex landscape of SEBI regulations and Trademark matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on SEBI regulations, Trademark laws, and related statutes.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, petitions, and applications pertaining to SEBI matters and Trademark registrations.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on compliance& registrations with SEBI regulations and Trademark laws.
4. Assist in representing clients in SEBI investigations, enforcement actions, and proceedings before regulatory authorities and courts.
5.Stay updated on changes in SEBI regulations, Trademark legislation, and case law developments to ensure clients receive accurate and current legal advice.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a institute of repute
2. Admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in India.
3. Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, Trademark laws, and related legal principles.
4. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
8. Proficiency in legal research
