• JobResponsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and internal filing of contracts on the relevant portal of the company in a diligent and timely manner. Maintain all contract documentation and ensure that files are maintained in a logical and sound sequence.
- Collaborate with the global team and India Legal Team (wherever required) and follow up in a time bound manner to close the contract documentation requirements.
- Assist the India Legal Team on ad-hoc projects and assignments.
- Completed Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized college/university in India.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive work style; exercising sound judgement based on objective analysis.
- Keen interest to develop an in-depth understanding of all aspects of law and business.
- Fluency, both oral and written in English.
- High level of professionalism and ability to be a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skillset.
