Intern - Legal (Unpaid)
Position: Intern - Legal
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Intern shall be required to assist in:
• Legal Research including interpretation of laws and judgements of the court
• Examining legal issues related to new business proposals
• Structuring, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents
• Developing Company’s policies and positions on legal issues
• Any other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time with respect to legal advisory and documentation.
Duration of Internship: 3 months
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Pursuing Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school/college.
• Preferably, having knowledge of Corporate and Securities law
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding drafting and research skills
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Proven comparable experience in interning with a corporate or law firm
