Role Summary

In This Role, You Will:

• Conducting Training sessions - On-boarding

• Instruction Designing

• Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership

• Training Analytics and LMS Management

1 Conducting Training sessions - On-boarding, Calendar offerings

• Planning and delivering NCX - Our on-boarding program

• Driving nominations and training invites

• Delivering training programs as per the training calendar

2 Instruction Designing

• Content creation on Instruction Designing Principles

• Exceptional MS Office Skills - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Note, MS Visio

• Creating and managing training collaterals

3 Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership

• Partnering with the stakeholders to understand the needs

• Aligning the vendors as per stakeholders needs

4 Vendor Management

• Identifying new vendors for training

• Partnering and managing vendors end to end - Registration to final payment

5 Training Analytics and LMS Management

• Training effectiveness and measurement - Knowledge about level 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Kirk Patrick TEM Model

• Administer Docebo LMS Platform

Here's What You Need

• MBA in HR (preferred) with understanding of HR Principles, particularly L&D.

• Organizational Psychology background will be preferred.

• Confidence in delivering a presentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills; high quality document & report preparation

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Networking skills

• Agile and self-driven passionate individual

• Should be comfortable to work in EST shift at least once a week
